Challenge:
The Elux System website was facing several challenges that needed to be addressed through a redesign. Some of the key challenges included:
-
Outdated Design: The website's design was outdated using a black background and other pore color uses.
-
The mobile version of the site was terrible, huge spaces between images and text, choosing the wrong font size, crooked placement of elements.
-
Lack of User-Friendly Interface: Users find it challenging to operate and understand the functionality of the automatic sacks and bags emptying machines. The interface was not intuitive enough for users to easily comprehend how to use the machines or the benefits they offer and limited Visual Appeal such as images, videos, and interactive features were lacking, making it difficult for users to visualize the machines in action or understand their features effectively.
Solution:
-
Modernized Design: I redesigned the website with a modern and visually appealing interface. Implement a clean and user-friendly design using white space that enhances the overall user experience.
-
Develop an intuitive and user-friendly interface including clear navigation and motion elements.
-
Responsive Design: Ensure that the website is responsive and accessible across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. A responsive design will improve the overall accessibility and user experience.
Results:
-
Improved User Engagement: The modernized design and intuitive interface lead to an increased user engagement, 253% more people visited the site in the first 3 months then the previous period, most of them from Google.
-
Increased Conversions: With a more user-friendly interface, detailed information, and visually appealing images, the redesigned website resulted in a higher number of leads left by visitors.
-
Better Brand Image: The redesigned website contributed to an enhanced brand image, reflecting the company's commitment to modernity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
